Breezewood Strings and CYOC may take photographs and/or videos during our programs, workshops, performances, and community events for purposes of documenting our activities, promoting music education, and sharing our impact with the community.

With appropriate consent, photographs and videos may be used on the Breezewood Strings or CYOC website, social media pages, newsletters, promotional materials, and other educational or community outreach materials.

We make every effort to respect the privacy of children and families participating in our programs. Parents or legal guardians may contact us at any time to request that a child’s photograph or video not be used in future materials.

By registering for or participating in a Breezewood Strings event, parents or legal guardians may be asked to provide consent for the use of photographs and videos as described above. Participation in our programs does not depend on granting photo or video consent.
